Terms & Conditions – TheNusuk

1. Definitions & Service Overview

• TheNusuk / we / us / our: Refers to TheNusuk, the provider of premium Qurbani goat subscriptions.
• Customer / you: The individual purchasing the subscription.
• Subscription: A 3-year entitlement to receive one premium goat (40+ kg) per Eid for ₹50,000, payable upfront or via a discussed payment plan.

2. Subscription Period & Renewal

• The subscription covers three consecutive Eids, starting from the Eid immediately after subscription confirmation.
• No automatic renewal. Customers must re-subscribe if they wish to continue beyond 3 years.

3. Price & Payment Terms

• Total cost: ₹50,000
• Payable upfront or through agreed installment terms (if applicable).
• Accepted payment methods: UPI, card, net banking.
• No refunds are provided after the completion of 3 Eids.

4. Delivery & Quality Guarantee

• Receive one 40+ kg premium goat annually during Eid al-Adha.
• Delivery regions include: Jaipur, Jodhpur, Ajmer, and select cities in Rajasthan.
• Transparent process: customers can track their goat from farm to delivery.
• Delivery occurs after Qurbani on Eid day (10 Dhul Hijjah), as per schedule.
• If we are at fault (e.g., logistic failure), we will redeliver or issue a proportional refund.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide correct contact and delivery details at least 14 days before Eid.
• Be available for delivery or coordinate with our support team within 48 hours.
• Report missing or damaged meat within 24 hours of delivery.
• Follow local laws and uphold the spiritual norms of Qurbani.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

a. Cancellation Within 48 Hours

• Customers can cancel within 48 hours of payment for a full refund (excluding transaction charges).

b. Early Exit Before 3 Eids

• If a customer chooses to discontinue before completing 3 Eids, the following applies:
• The cost of goats already delivered (standard: ₹15,000 per goat) will be deducted.
• Operational/admin fees may apply.
• The remaining balance will be refunded within 30 days.

🐐 Example: If you paid ₹50,000 and exit after 1 goat, you'll be refunded ₹35,000 (minus admin fees).

c. No Refunds After 3 Eids

• After 3 Eids are completed, the subscription is considered fulfilled, and no refunds will be issued for any reason.

d. Failure from TheNusuk

• If TheNusuk cannot fulfill a scheduled Qurbani due to internal error, a replacement will be arranged or a year-specific refund issued.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

• TheNusuk is not liable for failures due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government action).
• Customers are responsible for storage, handling, and any local regulatory compliance.

8. Privacy

• Personal data is used only for fulfillment and support per our Privacy Policy.
• Your information is never sold or misused.

9. Intellectual Property

• All branding, content, and materials are property of TheNusuk.
• Personal use of subscription receipts and documentation is allowed.

10. Changes to Terms

• We may revise these Terms & Conditions with a 30-day public notice on our website.
• Continued use after an update implies acceptance of changes.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• Governed by Indian law.
• Disputes should first go through our support team.
• If unresolved in 30 days, they may be escalated to mediation/arbitration in Jaipur.

13. Service Discontinuation

• If TheNusuk ceases operations:
• Customers will be notified at least 60 days in advance.
• We’ll attempt to fulfill remaining Qurbanis via partner providers.
• If that fails, a pro-rated refund will be processed (e.g., ₹15,000 per missed Eid).
• Refunds will be issued within 90 days, based on available assets.
