Refund Policy – Terms & Conditions (India)

🔒 No Refunds Within 3 Years (Standard Policy)

Once a contribution has been made, it is considered final and non-refundable for a period of three (3) years from the date of payment. This policy exists due to the long-term planning, livestock care, and operational commitments required for the Qurbani program.

⚖️ Early Discontinuation Before 3 Years

If a participant chooses to discontinue or withdraw from the Qurbani Forever program before completing 3 years, the following will apply:

• The cost of each goat already delivered or allocated (as per the market value or fixed price) will be deducted from the original contribution.
• A standard administrative and operational cost may also be deducted.
• The remaining balance will be refunded to the participant.

💡 Example: If you contributed ₹50,000 and received 1 goat worth ₹13,000, the balance of ₹37,000 (minus any admin fees) will be refunded.

✅ Refunds After 3 Years

After the initial 3-year period, you may request a refund of your original contribution. However, a portion of the amount may be deducted to cover ongoing operational and livestock maintenance costs incurred during the period of participation.

📊 Calculation of Refunds

The refund amount (whether before or after 3 years) will be calculated based on:

• The original contribution amount.
• Deducted goat value(s) based on Qurbani fulfilled.
• Operational/running costs (e.g., animal care, feeding, medical care, staff, infrastructure).
• Administrative or processing fees (if applicable).

🏛 Final Decision

All refund decisions are subject to review by our finance and compliance team. We reserve the right to reject or adjust refund requests based on internal service records and policy adherence.

We reserve the right to update or amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
